01Who we are and what you accept
earn.pepes.dog is a community project built and run by the Zeus Army, the community behind the ZEUS token ("we", "us"). There is no company, foundation or DAO behind it, and it is not a product of, or endorsed by, any company, exchange or Uniswap Labs.
These terms and conditions apply to this website and to the smart contracts it lets you use (together, "the tools"). By opening the site, connecting a wallet, signing a message or sending a transaction through it, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the tools.
02Experimental, unaudited software
The tools are experimental. The ZeusPositionHelper and ZeusPositionCloser contracts, the site and the indexer behind it have not been audited by any external firm, and the internal reviews run so far do not replace an audit.
The code may contain bugs, design flaws or vulnerabilities, and it may malfunction in ways nobody has foreseen. Any of these can cause the partial or total loss of funds. Use only money you can afford to lose.
03The website and the contracts
The website is one way to reach smart contracts deployed on Ethereum mainnet: the Uniswap v4 PositionManager and PoolManager, the ZEUS/WETH Uniswap V2 pair and router, Permit2, and the ZeusPositionHelper and ZeusPositionCloser contracts. Your positions live in those contracts and in your own wallet. We never take custody of your assets and cannot recover them for you.
Transactions and signatures are made in your own wallet, run on a public blockchain and cannot be reversed once confirmed. A permit you sign lets a contract act on the position it names. Check every transaction and signature in your wallet before you approve it.
The figures the site shows (prices, market caps, ranges, values, fees, PnL, impermanent loss, pool data and trades) come from the chain, from our indexer and from third parties such as CoinGecko. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and an estimate is never a promise.
04Providing liquidity
A liquidity position does not hold what you put in. As the price moves, the pool sells one token for the other inside your range, so the position can end up worth less than simply holding the tokens (impermanent loss), and it earns no fees while the price is outside the range.
Moving or closing a position through the helper sells part of it on the ZEUS/WETH V2 pair. That swap can suffer slippage, a thin pool or front-running, and the amount you receive can be lower than the site estimated.
05Auto-close
Auto-close is an optional service. When you arm it, you approve the ZeusPositionCloser contract on that position, and a keeper we run watches the pool and calls the closer when the condition you chose is met. The keeper's key can close any position approved to the closer.
Nothing guarantees that a position will close, that it will close in time or that it will close at the price you expected. The keeper, the indexer, the RPC providers or Ethereum itself can fail, lag or be congested, the close can execute at a worse price than the trigger, and the keeper's key can be lost, stolen or misused. You can stop auto-close at any time by revoking that approval on chain.
06ZEUS and memecoins
ZEUS is a memecoin. It has no intrinsic value, no issuer that backs it and no promise of any return, and its price can go to zero. Being part of the Zeus Army or using these tools gives you no claim against anyone.
07Risks you accept
By using the tools you accept the following risks, any of which can cause the total loss of your funds:
- bugs, exploits, hacks and malfunctions of the smart contracts, of the site, of the indexer or of the auto-close keeper
- impermanent loss, ranges left out of the market, and fees lower than expected or none at all
- the volatility of ZEUS and of ETH, thin liquidity and slippage
- manipulation of prices or pools, front-running and sandwich attacks
- auto-close that does not run, runs late or runs at a bad price, and the loss or theft of the keeper's key
- failures, exploits or changes in Uniswap, Permit2 or any other contract the tools depend on
- congestion, reorganisations or high fees on Ethereum
- the loss of access to your own wallet or keys, or a signature you approved by mistake
- changes in law, regulation or tax treatment that affect the tools or you
08Third parties
The tools depend on systems we do not control: Ethereum, Uniswap, Permit2, RPC providers, wallets, WalletConnect, hosting and data providers such as CoinGecko. A failure, exploit, pause or policy change in any of them can reduce or lock your funds or show you wrong figures. We are not responsible for them.
09No investment advice
Nothing on this site, and nothing said in the Zeus Army's channels, is investment advice, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer to buy or sell anything. Ranges, presets, APR and PnL figures describe the past or are estimates, and say nothing certain about the future. Every position is your own decision, and we owe you no fiduciary duty.
10Who may use it
The tools are not available in the United States. You may not use them if you are a citizen or resident of the United States of America or any of its territories, if you are located there, or if you act for a company or other entity organised or based there (together, "US persons").
You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. You may not use the tools if you are on a sanctions list of the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States (OFAC), or if you are located in a country or region under comprehensive sanctions. You may not use a VPN or any other tool to get around these limits.
You are responsible for checking that using the tools is legal where you live.
11Prohibited use
Do not use the tools to manipulate markets, launder money, evade sanctions or deceive other users, and do not interfere with the site, the indexer or the keeper. Reporting a bug to the community privately is welcome; exploiting it is not.
12Taxes
You alone are responsible for working out, reporting and paying any taxes that arise from your use of the tools.
13Provided as is
The site, the indexer, the keeper and the contracts are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, security and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the tools will work as described, that they are free of bugs, or that any bug will be fixed.
14Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither the Zeus Army nor anyone who contributes to it is liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the tools or your inability to use them. That includes the loss of funds or digital assets, lost profits, and indirect or consequential damages, whether caused by a bug, an exploit, a malfunction, impermanent loss, an auto-close that did or did not happen, or the failure of a third party.
Where the law does not allow liability to be excluded, the total liability to you is limited to 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any right that consumer law gives you and does not allow to be waived.
15Indemnity
You agree to hold the Zeus Army and its contributors harmless from claims by third parties arising from your use of the tools or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.
16Changes
We may change these terms, and we may change, pause or shut down the site or the auto-close keeper at any time. The date at the top says when they last changed. Continuing to use the tools after a change means you accept it. Shutting down the site does not touch your positions: they stay in Uniswap and can always be managed directly on chain.
If any part of these terms is held invalid, the rest still applies.
